Scope and limits of the decision service

Purpose
EYB Passage is a market-entry workspace that organizes product, source, cost, evidence, buyer-research, and controlled demand-test work in one decision flow. It makes uncertainty visible; it does not guarantee sales, profitability, or market acceptance.
Free fit review
The initial review consists of information found on the public product URL or in private product files you are authorized to upload, plus a list of open gaps. Automated extraction can be incomplete or wrong. The result is not legal, customs, tax, product-safety, certification, or import approval.
Package selection, payment, and paid work
Selecting a package records the disclosed scope and price and does not itself create a charge. When online payment is available, payment is explicitly approved on a secure page hosted by Stripe or PayPal. Paid work begins only after the scope and terms are accepted and the provider confirms successful payment. The application does not see or store card, bank, or PayPal password details.
External costs
Independent experts, laboratories, official bodies, certification, samples, freight, customs clearance, advertising, and similar third-party costs are not silently included in the package fee. They begin only after the need is explained separately and the client approves it.
Authority and accuracy
You may upload only company, product, and document information you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of price, origin, technical, capacity, certification, and delivery claims. Benchmark information from another company is not treated as a statement by the producer under review.
Professional and official decisions
EYB Passage is not a government body, law firm, customs broker, tax adviser, laboratory, or certification body. When required, it may identify qualified independent providers and coordinate quotes and evidence flow; the professional or official opinion is issued by the relevant provider or body.
Buyer contact and tests
The system does not send unauthorized bulk outreach. Buyer contact requires a sourced and current route, an appropriate basis, individual user approval, and suppression checks. Live demand tests are bounded by duration, capacity, budget, success, and stop conditions.
Account and security
You must keep your account under your control, report unauthorized access, and avoid uploading harmful content. Access may be temporarily restricted to protect security, service integrity, or legal obligations.
Cancellation, refunds, export, and deletion
You can change a package before paying. A written cancellation before work begins receives a full package-fee refund. After work begins, the refund is calculated after deducting the disclosed value of completed work and only third-party costs that were pre-approved and irreversibly incurred. A verified erroneous, unauthorized, or duplicate charge is refunded in full. Nothing in these terms limits applicable statutory consumer rights. Refund requests are accepted at info@eybpassage.com and the provider reference is added to the order record when submitted. You can export your data or request permanent deletion after active tests are closed.
